Tomohiro Ōno is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Mausu Promotion. He was born on November 7th in Hyogo Prefecture and began his professional activities in 2020.

Ōno was inspired to pursue a career in voice acting by the anime series Clannad and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, with the goal of moving people through his voice. He was initially a member of Bit Promotion Inc. before moving to the independently established Bright-idea in March 2018. In April 2019, he transferred to his current agency, Mausu Promotion.

Since his debut, Ōno has built a prolific career with numerous supporting roles in television anime. In 2020, he gained early credits in major series such as portraying Chiharu Tsukioka in Haikyu!! To The Top and Ryūji Ishii in Talentless Nana. His role as Makoto Shibe in the 2022 anime adaptation of Tomodachi Game marked a more prominent part. Other notable television roles include Yūtarō Esaki in Sasaki and Miyano, Kassim in Hero Classroom, Nobuyuki Kumano in Oshi no Ko, Yoshimura in Kaiju No. 8, and Tobias Orlando in Dahlia in Bloom: Crafting a Fresh Start With Magical Tools. In the 2025 series The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World, he voices the character Lowji Mist.

Beyond television, Ōno's work extends to original video animation, web anime, and theatrical films, including a role in the 2024 feature Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. He is also active in video games, with credits in major titles such as Fire Emblem Engage, Hogwarts Legacy, and Metaphor: ReFantazio.

As a member of Mausu Promotion, he frequently appears in ensemble casts, taking on a wide range of supporting characters across many productions each season, demonstrating his versatility and steady presence in the industry.
