Kanna Nakamura

Kanna Nakamura is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Rush Style. She began her voice acting activities in 2018 after a period of dedicated training. Originally from Osaka Prefecture, Nakamura moved to Tokyo after high school to pursue her career. She attended a voice acting school for two years before transferring to a training school operated by Rush Style, eventually becoming an official member of the agency in January 2022. Her inspiration to become a voice actor came from watching the performances of Miyuki Sawashiro in the anime Rozen Maiden and later becoming a fan of Yukari Tamura.
Nakamura's first main role in an anime series came in 2022 when she was cast as Urushi Yaotome in When Will Ayumu Make His Move?. This role also marked her debut as a theme song performer, as she sang the series' ending theme, 50 Centi. That same year, she was also cast as Narita Top Road in the popular multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, a role that has become one of her most recognized.
Since her debut, Nakamura has been active in a wide range of anime series. In 2023, her roles included Hazelita in Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence and Anne in The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse. The following year, she voiced characters such as Nel Reckless in Gods' Games We Play and Alicia Williams in I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History.
The year 2025 sees Nakamura in a particularly prominent position, with several major roles in new and upcoming anime adaptations. She is set to voice the lead character Renako Amaori in There's No Freaking Way I'll Be Your Lover! Unless..., Melphiera Marchalrayd in Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!, and Himari in The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold To Another Kingdom. She also voices Sofia Reeler in Gorilla no Kami Kara Kago Sareta Reijō wa Ōritsu Kishidan de Kawaigareru and Lana Colette in Silent Witch.
Beyond anime, Nakamura has lent her voice to numerous video games, including a recurring role as Narita Top Road in the Uma Musume Pretty Derby game. She has also been involved in dubbing for overseas content and providing voices for electronic comics. Her work has earned her recognition as a guest at major industry events, such as Otakon 2025 in Washington, D.C.. In addition to her voice acting, she is known for her singing ability, contributing character songs for the franchises she is involved with.
