Yūko Natsuyoshi is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Osaka Prefecture, born on May 1, who is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. She began her voice acting career after successfully passing the 2016 Voice Actor Artist Training Program Selection. Following her graduation from the voice acting school School Duo, she officially joined Ken Production in April 2018. Her debut as a voice actor came in 2018 with a minor role in the television anime series Grand Blue.

Her first successful audition for a main role was for the character Himeko Mashima in the Show By Rock!! franchise, a part that became a significant early credit in her career. Natsuyoshi has since built a diverse portfolio of anime roles. She is known for her performances as Sasha Necron in The Misfit of Demon King Academy series, Yuyu Shirai in Assault Lily Bouquet, and Tsubaki in In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki. Her other prominent anime roles include Rio Seibu in Shine Post, Emera in She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man, Mia in To Your Eternity, and Vivian in Journal of the Mysterious Creatures. She also voiced Yamada in Gal & Dino and has a recurring role as Cheval Grand in the Uma Musume Pretty Derby franchise.

In addition to her work in anime, Natsuyoshi has an extensive list of credits in video games. Some of her notable game roles include Kazusa in Blue Archive, Marin in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, Whitney in Pokémon Masters, and Asebi Mikohama in Sakura Kakumei ~Hana Saku Otome-tachi~. She is also part of the stage play adaptations for the Assault Lily series, reprising her role as Yuyu Shirai.

Beyond acting, Natsuyoshi is also active in music. In August 2022, she formed the music unit Arika as a vocalist, collaborating with composer and guitarist Yamato. She has contributed lyrics to the unit's work, such as for their digital single Dawn Light. Her involvement in music projects also includes being part of the a cappella project Utagoe wa Mille-Feuille, where she plays the role of Musubu Mayumori. Her special skills include vocal music, illustration, and aspiring to cook, while her hobbies include taking walks and enjoying evening drinks.
