Erica Laiolo is an Italian voice actor known for her work in the Italian dubs of various anime series and films. Her career encompasses a range of prominent roles in popular animated shows, as well as voice work in other media.

Laiolo has provided the Italian voice for several key characters in anime. She is the voice of Rebecca Bluegarden in the Netflix series Edens Zero and Mina Misasa in the science fiction series The Orbital Children. She also voiced Nanako Yumemigachi in Hakushon Daimaō 2020. In the coming-of-age film Liz and the Blue Bird, she took on the role of Yuuko Yoshikawa. Laiolo is also recognized by fans of the long-running sports series Haikyu!! for voicing the character Hitoka Yachi in its second season and the special Haikyu!! VS Akaten.

Her voice acting credits extend to many other anime series. She has also been involved in the dubbing of Italian productions, such as providing a voice for the animated series Dragonero - I Paladini and narrating the audiobook for the Italian edition of The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner. Beyond acting, she has also worked on the Italian-language adaptations of anime series in other capacities, handling dialogue for episodes of Gintama and serving as a dubbing assistant for Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin and Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas.
