Célia Torrens is a French voice actor born in Paris on June 22, 1973, who is primarily active in Belgium. She is a graduate of the INSAS (Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle) in Brussels. Before specializing in dubbing, she built a foundation in stage performance, with numerous theatre credits between 1999 and 2012.

Her work is focused on dubbing for animation. She is known for providing the French voice for a variety of characters in animated series. Her notable roles include Alcyone in Magic Knight Rayearth, Rina Tōin in Mermaid Melody, Arcee in Transformers Prime, and Carmen in Unicorn Wars. She has also contributed to the Pokémon franchise, voicing characters such as Kahuna Hapu in the Sun & Sun series, and later Calcey in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Her other dubbing credits include roles in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō, and the film Only Yesterday.
