Célia Torrens is a French voice actor born in Paris on June 22, 1973, who is primarily active in Belgium. She is a graduate of the INSAS (Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle) in Brussels. Before specializing in dubbing, she built a foundation in stage performance, with numerous theatre credits between 1999 and 2012.
Her work is focused on dubbing for animation. She is known for providing the French voice for a variety of characters in animated series. Her notable roles include Alcyone in Magic Knight Rayearth, Rina Tōin in Mermaid Melody, Arcee in Transformers Prime, and Carmen in Unicorn Wars.
