Shino Shimoji is a Japanese voice actor and singer from Okinawa Prefecture, born on June 4, 1993. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and the record label FlyingDog. Her interest in a career in voice acting was sparked during high school after watching anime. Around that time, she learned of an audition for Shimanchu MiRiKa, an anime set in Okinawa. She successfully passed the audition, and her role as Ruri in that 2011 series marked her debut as a voice actor. Following her high school graduation, she moved to Tokyo to attend the voice acting training school Aoni Juku, graduating from its 33rd class before officially joining Aoni Production in April 2013.

Shimoji has built a prolific career across anime, video games, and film. One of her earliest and most prominent roles was as Akari Ōzora in the long-running Aikatsu! franchise, a part she has played in multiple television series, films, and specials since 2014. Her other notable anime roles include Mikochi in Hakumei and Mikochi, Teru Momijiyama (the titular hero Shy) in Shy, Alexandra Magritte in Tada Never Falls in Love, Shirley and Ram in Shadows House, Corona in Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal, Yakumo Kamizuru in Rumble Garanndoll, Mako Tōma in Selection Project, Seyram Munzer Asakura in Shaman King, Luca in The Case Study of Vanitas, Maha in The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat, Aoi Nizato in Non Non Biyori Vacation, Aki in Girls und Panzer der Film, and Lagss in Super Dragon Ball Heroes. She also voices Yae Agena in the 2025 series Okitsura: Fall in Love with an Okinawan Girl.

In addition to her work in anime, Shimoji is highly active in the video game industry, where she has voiced several iconic characters. Her most notable game roles include the dual role of Pyra and Mythra in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and its related appearances, a performance that later brought the characters to the crossover fighter Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. She also voices Shionne in Tales of Arise and Akiha Tohno in the Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- and Melty Blood: Type Lumina games. Other game credits include Yuka Nakano in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls, Myrtle in Arknights, Chevreuse in Genshin Impact, and Nakayama Festa in Uma Musume Pretty Derby.

Shimoji is also a recording artist who made her solo singer debut in 2016 with the single God Save The Girls, which served as the opening theme song for the anime series Magic of Stella. She has continued to perform theme songs for anime, such as Sonnano Boku Ja Nai, the ending theme for Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou in 2018. Her work often ties into her voice acting roles; for example, she performed insert and theme songs for Magic of Stella and the ending theme for Hakumei and Mikochi, among others.
