Takako Tanaka is a Japanese voice actress born on October 5, 1994, in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. Tanaka began her path to becoming a voice actress by enrolling in the voice actor course at the Osaka Animation School, from which she graduated in 2015. Following her graduation, she joined the training institute affiliated with Mausu Promotion and officially became a member of the agency on April 1, 2017.
Tanaka made her debut as a voice actress in 2017, taking on minor roles in several anime television series, including appearances in Akiba's Trip: The Animation and Aikatsu Stars!. Her first major breakthrough came in 2018 when she was cast in her first leading role as the protagonist Hina in the comedy anime series Hinamatsuri (known as The Black's超能力 daughter in some regions). This performance brought her significant attention and established her as a rising talent in the industry.
Following her success in Hinamatsuri, Tanaka built a substantial portfolio of roles across various anime series. In 2019, she voiced the character Futago Nosaki in Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu.
