Julie Lemieux is a Canadian voice actress and comedian with a career spanning over three decades, during which she has become one of the most recognized and versatile voices in English-language anime dubbing and animated television production in Canada. She was born on December 4, 1962. Her extensive body of work includes thousands of episodes across numerous series, showcasing a remarkable ability to portray characters of all ages and personality types, from young boys to elderly women.

Lemieux has been prominently featured in the English adaptations of several major anime franchises. She is perhaps best known by anime fans for her long-standing role as the spirited Runo Misaki in the Bakugan franchise, a part she played across multiple series including Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders, and Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge. She later returned to the franchise as the voice of Phaedrus in Bakugan: Battle Planet and Bakugan: Armored Alliance. Her involvement in the world of Bakugan also extended to voicing characters like Queen Serena in Gundalian Invaders.

Her work in the medium also includes significant roles in other popular anime series.
