Celine Fontanges is a German voice actress and dubbing speaker, born in 1977 in Hamburg, Germany. She is the daughter of actress Astrid Kollex and received her professional training at the Hamburger Schauspiel-Studio Frese. After performing in theatre for several years, her professional focus shifted entirely to voice acting.

Fontanges has built an extensive career lending her voice to numerous characters in films, television series, video games, and audio dramas. Her voice is well-known in Germany from popular audio play productions such as Die drei???, TKKG, and Fünf Freunde. In the realm of video games, she has provided the German voice for prominent characters like Bastila Shan in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and its sequel, Diana in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, and Ashe and Fiora in League of Legends.

In addition to her work in anime, Fontanges has dubbed numerous live-action roles. Notably, she is the German voice for Birgitte Hjort Sørensen as Katrine Fønsmark in the Danish political drama Borgen – Gefährliche Seilschaften and for Cariba Heine as Rikki Chadwick in the Australian series H₂O – Plötzlich Meerjungfrau and its spin-off. She also voices Maggie Q's character, Hannah Wells, in the series Designated Survivor.

In The Irregular at Magic High School: The Movie – The Girl Who Summons the Stars, she is confirmed to voice the character Mari Watanabe. In the audio drama adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, she voiced the character Mina Murray. For the series WinneToons, she is credited as the voice of Nscho-tschi.

Celine Fontanges has a long-standing involvement in dubbing anime series, with some of her most notable and recurring work being in the Naruto franchise. She voices the character Ino Yamanaka in Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Her other anime dubbing credits include roles in Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne, DearS, School Rumble, and Brynhildr in the Darkness.
