Salvador Delgado is a Mexican actor and director of dubbing, as well as a voice actor and translator, recognized for his extensive work in Latin American Spanish adaptations of animated series, films, and live-action productions. He was born on July 24, 1961, in Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico. His career in dubbing began in 1985 at the company Telespeciales, a start that coincided with the day of a significant earthquake in Mexico City. His first role was a small part in an episode of the animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power, and he soon landed his first starring role dubbing actor William Hurt in the film Gorky Park.

Delgado is known for his deep and elegant vocal tone, which has often led him to be cast in roles that are serious, mysterious, elegant, or sarcastic. His work spans a wide range of genres, but he is particularly prominent in the world of anime. In the Sailor Moon franchise, he is the recurring voice of Artemis, the white cat mentor to the Sailor Guardians.
