Risa Mizuno is a Japanese voice actress and scriptwriter born on November 3, 1978, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Literature's English Literature department at Sophia University. Her career in voice acting began in the year 2000, with her debut role as Nae Akihabara in the television anime series Medarot Damashii. She is affiliated with the talent agency OgiPro THE NEXT and is an active member of the theatre company Shonan Teatro Dellarte.

Mizuno has built a career with a wide variety of voice roles in anime, video games, and film. Her filmography includes many of the specific titles referenced, such as Huang Yingying in Aguu: Tensai Ningyō, Julie (Jevina) in the Bakugan Battle Brawlers series, Ethana in The Tower of Druaga: the Sword of Uruk, Maki Kasahara in The Place Promised in Our Early Days, and Claes in Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino. She also voiced the character Lulu across multiple entries in the Sylvanian Families: Mini Story franchise.
