Tom Laflin is an American voice actor based in Dallas, Texas, known for his work in English dubs of anime series. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, Laflin worked as a software engineer for ten years before deciding to change professions. He is associated with Sound Cadence Studios and provides voices for productions streamed by Funimation and Crunchyroll.

Laflin has been active in anime voice acting since at least 2008 and has built a diverse portfolio of roles. He is frequently cast in a range of character types, including villains, romantic interests, and comedic roles. One of his notable early roles was Haruka Fukagawa in the romantic comedy series Lovely Complex. In the action-themed series Tribe Nine, he voices the character Yajirobe Ueno. He also plays the role of Yomotsuzaka, a researcher at the Vampire Research Center, in the comedy series The Vampire Dies in No Time.

His other prominent anime credits include King Gomah in Dragon Ball DAIMA, Page One in One Piece, Kasha in The Demon Prince of Momochi House, and Anubis in Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts. He has also appeared in series such as Dr. Stone: New World, Vinland Saga, Shangri-La Frontier, and The Fruit of Evolution 2. Laflin has voiced Yuji Hitouji across multiple installments of The Prince of Tennis franchise for the Sound Cadence Studios dub. In addition to anime, his voice work extends to video games, with credits including My Friendly Neighborhood and My Time at Sandrock.
