Christoph Jablonka is a German actor and voice artist born in Munich in 1956 who has built an extensive career spanning over four decades, with his work in dubbing gaining particular prominence since the early 2000s. He began his performing arts career in the late 1970s as a theater actor before transitioning into voice work around the same period. His voice has become widely recognized in Germany through his role as a station voice for the broadcaster Sky and his narration for the popular YouTube channel Dinge Erklärt – Kurzgesagt.

Jablonka has established himself as a prolific voice artist with over 800 roles to his name, lending his distinctive voice to a wide array of characters in anime, animated series, and live-action productions. Teach, also known as Blackbeard, whom he has dubbed since 2005, and the legendary Silvers Rayleigh, a role he began in 2010. His work in One Piece also includes the characters Doc Bader, Don Creek, and Hamburg, demonstrating his ability to bring distinct personalities to life within a single series.
