Mina is a Japanese voice actress and stage performer, born on February 13, 1984, in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Mina Kasai, and she uses the stage name Mina, which is a combination of characters from her given name. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace.

Mina began her career in 2006 after winning a public audition held by the anime satellite television network Animax. Her first television anime role was in the series Rokuji Hanzō the same year. She gained widespread recognition and her breakthrough role in 2009 when she was cast as Sohara Mitsuki in the anime series Heaven's Lost Property. She would go on to reprise this role in multiple subsequent seasons and movies, including Heaven's Lost Property Forte, Heaven’s Lost Property the Movie: The Angeloid of Clockwork, Heaven's Lost Property: Project Pink, and Heaven’s Lost Property Final – The Movie: Eternally My Master.

Her career encompasses a wide variety of roles in popular anime series. She voiced Kanami Mihara in the Is This a Zombie? series and its sequel. She played Haruka Shigure in Itsuka Tenma no Kuro-Usagi, also known as A Dark Rabbit Has Seven Lives. In the comedy series Student Council's Discretion Lv. 2, she provided the voice for Chizuru Akaba. Her other notable anime roles include Minori Rokujō in Maken-Ki! and its second season, the anthropomorphized assault rifle Fal (FAL L1A1) in Upotte!!, and Isami Kondō in Dai-Shogun - Great Revolution. She has also had extensive voice work in the long-running Inazuma Eleven GO franchise, voicing characters such as Midori Seto and Reiichi Miyabino.

Beyond anime, Mina is active in other areas of performance. She has appeared in stage productions, including Run For Your Wife and with the troupe Dai Fugo in August Scheherazade. She has also contributed her voice to video games, reprising roles from anime series such as Heaven's Lost Property: Summer Vacation and Student Council's Discretion Portable. Her work extends to dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. Furthermore, she has performed theme songs and character songs for various anime, both as a solo artist and as part of ensemble casts with fellow voice actors.

In addition to her voice work, Mina has developed several notable skills. She is proficient in stage combat (tate), a skill highlighted in her roles that require action sequences. She also holds advanced certifications as a kimono dressing instructor and as a cook.
