Gerardo Alonso is a Mexican voice actor recognized for his extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime, films, and video games. He is a graduate of the National School of Theatrical Art (ENAT) of Bellas Artes, where he earned a degree in acting, and has built a career that spans theater, short films, and voice-over work.

Alonso has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, demonstrating considerable range. In the Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact! television series, he voiced multiple characters for the Latin American dub, including the villainous Dr. Hell, Detective Ankokuji, and Zeus. He also took on the role of the ninja antagonist Ninja Riot in the seventeenth Pokémon film, Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. His other notable anime credits include Hiroshi Sakura in Chibi Maruko-chan, Haruto de Lobo in Saint Seiya Omega, Gauche Adlai in Black Clover, Betelgeuse Romanee-Conti in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, and Raian Kure in Kengan Ashura.

Beyond anime, Alonso's work is also prominent in video games and live-action dubbing. He was announced as the official Latin American Spanish voice of Wario for the Nintendo 3DS game WarioWare Gold, marking a significant role as the character featured substantial dialogue. His live-action dubbing credits include Kraglin in the Guardians of the Galaxy films, Kuze in the live-action Ghost in the Shell, and Kyakuya Kuchiki in the Bleach live-action movie. His work has also extended to direction, having served as the ADR Director for the Mexican dub of the anime series Children of the Whales.
