Gérard Surugue is a French actor, born March 12, 1946, who is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, particularly in animation and video games. While he has appeared in some film and television roles, his career is defined by his voice work, where he has become one of the most recognized voices in French dubbing.

Surugue has lent his voice to a vast array of characters in anime and animated series. Among his notable anime roles are Zeus in Record of Ragnarok, Vieux Alambic in To Your Eternity, and the Vieil homme in Baki Hanma. He also voiced Carmine in Super Crooks, Yūji Tachiki in BNA: Brand New Animal, and Le professeur in City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes. His other roles include Byrnndi World in the One Piece special 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death! Luffy's Pledge to His Friends, Kutal in Shinzo, and the Vieillard in Mind Game. He is also the voice of G in Patema Inverted and Seiko Miyazawa in Shootfighter Tekken. A recurring aspect of his career is being the regular French dubbing voice for American actors Richard Kind and Martin Klebba. He also frequently voices actor Steve Schirripa.
