Minori Suzuki

Description
Minori Suzuki is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on October 1, 1997, in Aichi Prefecture. Her career began after a successful audition for the role of Freyja Wion in the 2016 television anime Macross Delta, for which she was selected from approximately 8,000 applicants. This debut role also made her a member of the fictional idol group Walküre within the series. Suzuki was inspired to pursue a career in voice acting by her admiration for Megumi Nakajima, the voice actress for Ranka Lee in Macross Frontier, and was supported in her audition by her mother, a fan of the same series.

Prior to her debut, Suzuki saved money from a part-time job during her first year of high school to attend voice acting lessons in Tokyo once a week. As of October 2023, she is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production, having moved from her previous agency, e-stone music.

Suzuki has built a diverse portfolio of anime roles. In 2018, she voiced Akiho Shinomoto in Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card and Momo Shinozuka in Chio's School Road. That same year, she also played Ema in Record of Grancrest War, Floris in A Certain Magical Index III, and Kilin in the net anime Live Animation Heart × Algorhythm. Her role as Ikoma Kitsuno came in the 2019 series Kochoki: Wakaki Nobunaga.

In the early 2020s, she took on a variety of roles, including Uiui in both Show By Rock!! Mashumairesh!! and Show By Rock!! Stars!!, Rosina in Ascendance of a Bookworm, Dianette in I'm Quitting Heroing, Mitsuru Horikawa in Deaimon: Recipe for Happiness, and Sera in Black Summoner. A significant recent role is Liko, one of the lead characters in the 2023 series Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Other recent and upcoming roles include Benjamin in Sugar Apple Fairy Tale, Uran in Pluto, and Memmeln in the 2025 anime Zenshu. In film, she voices Ena Shinonome in COLORFUL STAGE! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing.

Beyond anime, Suzuki has an extensive career in video games. Some of her notable game roles include Angie Yonaga in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, Hajime Fujiwara in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls, the Rumor of the Eternal Sakura in Magia Record, Sora in Arknights, and Ena Shinonome in Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku.

In addition to her voice work, Minori Suzuki is also an active singer. She made her solo debut in 2018 with the single FEELING AROUND, which served as the opening theme for the anime Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles. She has since released multiple singles and two studio albums, with many of her songs used as theme music for anime series in which she has also acted, such as Rewind for Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card and Crosswalk for Amanchu! Advance. Her work as part of Walküre also earned the group the Singing Award at the 15th Seiyu Awards.
