Mark Allen Jr. is an American voice actor born on June 18, 1988, in California. He has been active in the voice acting industry since approximately 2007 or 2008. He attended California State University, Fullerton, where he spent two years in the theater program before changing his major to Japanese with an emphasis on culture, graduating in 2013. He is currently based in Dallas, Texas.

His path to voice acting began with a passion for performance that started in high school, where he was involved in musical theater, drama, and improvisational comedy. He pursued this interest with the goal of becoming a professional voice actor after learning it was a viable career. He is associated with several major dubbing studios, including Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation), Bang Zoom! Entertainment, and Sound Cadence Studios.

Allen Jr. has built an extensive resume with prominent roles in numerous anime series. He is known for voicing Ukyo Saionji in multiple installments of the Dr. Stone franchise, including Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, Dr. Stone: Ryusui, and Dr. Stone: New World. He also plays Wataru Kuon in BLUELOCK, Sota Kazama in My Senpai Is Annoying, and Yota Narukami in The Day I Became a God.
