Yukari Anzai is a Japanese voice actress who made her debut in 2017 and has since become known for her work in anime, video games, and multimedia projects. She was born on December 31 and has a background that includes spending part of her childhood in Taiwan before living in Fukushima Prefecture, which has contributed to her multicultural perspective. She also spent approximately eight months studying abroad in New Zealand.

Anzai decided to pursue voice acting during elementary school, inspired in part by watching Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's and the performance of voice actress Nana Mizuki. To hone her skills, she studied at Pony Canyon's P's Voice Artist School, graduating as part of its first class. She began her career with minor roles in 2017 anime series such as Clean Freak! Aoyama kun, Angel's 3Piece!, and Love and Lies.

Her first major starring role came in 2018 when she was cast as Momo Minamoto, the protagonist of the original anime series Release the Spyce. As part of this project, she joined the unit Tsukikage to perform the show's opening and ending theme songs. That same year, she was cast as Tiara in the mixed-media project Lapis Re:LiGHTs, a role she voiced in both the game and its subsequent 2020 anime adaptation. Her other notable early roles included Miharu Yomine in the Cue! multimedia project, which began with a mobile game in 2019 and led to an anime adaptation in 2022.

Throughout her career, Anzai has taken on a variety of roles in anime and games. Her credits include Sanae Takigawa in the judo anime Ippon Again!, Ajisai Sena in the series There's No Freaking Way I'll Be Your Lover! Unless..., and Chigiri Toyohashi in Rinkai!. In video games, she has voiced characters such as Kotoka Saionji in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls and Temari Kira in Magia Record.

Anzai was initially affiliated with the agency Swallow from November 2017. After becoming a freelancer in November 2022, she joined Sigma Seven in February 2024. Her skills include Japanese dance and English conversation. In 2018, as part of the Onsen Musume franchise, she was appointed as an ambassador for the hot springs of Hsinchu County, Taiwan.
