Carmen Cervantes is a Spanish voice actress and announcer known for her extensive work dubbing anime series and films for Spanish audiences. She has built a substantial career voicing a wide range of characters, from young heroines to supporting roles in many popular animated shows.

Cervantes is particularly recognized for her long-running portrayal of Minami Asakura in the various installments of the classic sports anime Touch. She voiced the character in the films Touch: Sebangou no Nai Ace, Touch 2: Sayonara no Okurimono, Touch 3: Don't Pass Me By, and the television specials Touch: Are kara, Kimi wa... - Miss Lonely Yesterday - and Touch: Cross Road - Kaze no Yukue. Another of her most prominent roles is Honoka Yukishiro, also known as Cure White, in the Pretty Cure franchise. She lent her voice to the character in the television series Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart, its theatrical films including Futari wa Pretty Cure: Max Heart and Futari wa Precure Max Heart 2: Yukizora no Tomodachi, as well as the later Precure Miracle Universe film.
