Carmen Cervantes is a Spanish voice actress and announcer known for her extensive work dubbing anime series and films for Spanish audiences. She has built a substantial career voicing a wide range of characters, from young heroines to supporting roles in many popular animated shows.

Cervantes is particularly recognized for her long-running portrayal of Minami Asakura in the various installments of the classic sports anime Touch. She voiced the character in the films Touch: Sebangou no Nai Ace, Touch 2: Sayonara no Okurimono, Touch 3: Don't Pass Me By, and the television specials Touch: Are kara, Kimi wa... - Miss Lonely Yesterday - and Touch: Cross Road - Kaze no Yukue.
