Motoki Takagi is a Japanese voice actor born on October 4, 1980, in Kanagawa Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. Takagi has been active in the voice acting industry since his debut around 1999. His path to this career was inspired by hearing the voice actress Megumi Hayashibara on the radio, which led him to enroll in the Japan Narration Acting Institute to study from scratch.
