Dameon Clarke is a Canadian actor widely recognized for his extensive voice work in English dubs of anime series, primarily produced by Funimation, as well as for his prominent roles in video games and live-action television. Born in Mississauga, Ontario, he began his acting career in the mid-1980s and has built a diverse portfolio across multiple entertainment mediums.

Within the anime industry, Clarke is known for his long-standing association with Funimation, where he has voiced a range of characters, often portraying antagonists or imposing figures. One of his most iconic and enduring roles is that of the villain Cell in the Dragon Ball franchise, a part he has played across various series and films including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Z Kai, Dragon Ball Super, and the theatrical films Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. In Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, he voiced the colossal and mindless android Cell Max. His other significant contributions to the Dragon Ball series include voicing Paragus, the father of Broly, in both Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan and the 2019 film Dragon Ball Super: Broly.

Another defining role in Clarke's career is Kazuma Soma in the anime adaptation of Fruits Basket. He originally provided the voice for the character in the 2001 series and later returned to reprise the role for the 2019 reboot, demonstrating a lasting connection to the franchise.
