Fritz Rott is a German voice actor and dialogue writer, born Friedhelm Rott on June 9, 1959, in Essen. He studied German studies and music at the University of Essen and has been active as a freelance voice actor since 1991.

While Rott is widely recognized for his voice work in Western animation and live-action dubbing, he has also contributed to the German-language versions of several anime productions. In the 2006 anime series Project Blue Earth SOS, he provided the German voice for the character James. He voiced the lead role of Colin MacLeod in the 2007 anime film Highlander: The Search for Vengeance. He also voiced the character Izuru Kira in the German adaptation of the long-running anime series Bleach and its related films. Another notable anime role includes Fukegao in the popular series One Punch Man.

Beyond his work as a voice actor in anime, Fritz Rott has an extensive career in the German dubbing industry. He is particularly known for being the German voice of Patrick Star in the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and the voice of Po in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness. His work also extends to writing dialogue books and directing for German dubs, including for anime series such as Darker than Black and Black Cat.
