Midge Mayes is the professional alias of Dorothy Elias-Fahn, an American voice actress with an extensive career in English dubs of anime series. Her work, often credited under this pseudonym, spans several decades and includes a wide variety of characters, from leading roles to supporting parts in numerous productions.

Among her notable roles credited as Midge Mayes is the part of Cynthia in the 2002-2003 anime series Heat Guy J. She also provided the voice for the character White Hermit in the supernatural horror series Requiem from the Darkness, which was released in North America in 2003. In the 2001 anime adaptation Cyborg 009 The Cyborg Soldier, she voiced the character Francoise Arnoul, the sole female member of the cyborg team designated as 003. Another of her roles from this period is Leah in the OVA Ys II, a fantasy adaptation based on the video game series.

Her voice acting credits also include Machiko Iwabuchi in the 2012 sci-fi series Lagrange - The Flower of Rin-ne and the role of Mermaid in The Prince and the Coral Sea.
