Adam Nümm
Description
Adam Nümm is a German actor and voice artist, born in Bensberg in 1982. He studied at the Scuola Teatro Dimitri in Switzerland, the Bavarian Theatre Academy August Everding, and the Universität der Künste (UdK) in Berlin, where he received his diploma as a stage actor in 2010. He performed at venues such as the Deutsches Theater Berlin, the Berliner Schaubühne, and the Schauspielhaus Zurich during his studies. He took on leading roles in musicals, including the title role in Ricky at Hamburg's St. Pauli Theater and the part of Steve in the Berlin production of Hinterm Horizont. As a voice actor, Nümm has built an extensive career in dubbing, audiobook narration, and radio features. He is known for his versatile vocal range. One of his prominent dubbing roles is providing the German voice for actor Jake McDorman as Brian Finch in the TV series Limitless. His work also includes roles in series such as Navy CIS: L.A., Vampire Diaries, and Grey's Anatomy. In animation and anime, Nümm has voiced Jiren in Dragon Ball Super and is credited with the role of Taiga Kagami in the film Gekijōban Kuroko no Basuke Last Game. He has narrated a vast array of audiobooks, including the production of James Joyce's Ulysses. He has collaborated with actors such as Anna Thalbach on the audiobook for Finstere Orte by Gillian Flynn. His work spans various genres, from the young adult Vampire Diaries series to literary works by authors like Arno Geiger and Eva Menasse.
