Octavio Rojas is a Mexican actor, voice-over artist, and dubbing director with a career spanning over three decades in the entertainment industry. He is widely recognized for his extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubbing, lending his voice to a vast array of characters in animated series, films, and video games.

Within the realm of anime and animation, Rojas has built an impressive portfolio. He is the voice of Toshinori Yagi, also known as All Might, in the Latin American Spanish dubs of the films My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. He also voices Commander Erwin Smith in the anime and films of Attack on Titan. His other prominent anime roles include Silva in the 2021 series Shaman King, Vritra in Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town, Magenta in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Konro Sagamiya in Fire Force, Suien in the Naruto special Battle at Hidden Falls.
