Luis Fernando Orozco is a Mexican voice actor born on November 28, 1991, in Mexico City. He began his career in voice dubbing at the age of nine in 2000 and has since worked in various studios across Mexico, including Audiomaster 3000 and Prime Dubb. In addition to voice acting, he has also been involved in theater, musical comedy, and commercial voice-over work.

Orozco comes from a family with a strong legacy in dubbing. He is the son of actor José Luis Orozco and the brother of fellow voice actors Alejandro Orozco and Andrea Orozco. This familial connection has led to on-screen collaborations, such as when he and his brother Alejandro voiced the characters Scar and Mufasa, respectively, in the 2024 film Mufasa: The Lion King.

Orozco has built a prolific career lending his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, animated series, and live-action films. Among his most recognized anime roles is Toshiro Hitsugaya in the long-running series Bleach and its sequel Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. He is also known for his work in other notable anime, including the role of Louis in Beastars and Torakichi Nanpa and Kengo Mizumachi in Eyeshield 21. In the Saint Seiya franchise, he voiced the character Virgo Shaka in the DVD version of The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary.

Beyond anime, his voice work spans numerous other productions. In animation, he has voiced Lance in Voltron: The Legendary Defender and P.J. Duncan in the live-action series Good Luck Charlie. His extensive film dubbing credits are numerous and include portraying Armando Aretas in Bad Boys for Life and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Chris D'Amico in Kick-Ass and Kick-Ass 2, Scar in Mufasa: The Lion King, and Henry Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge.
