Florence Dumortier was a French actress known for her extensive work in dubbing, providing the French-language voices for numerous characters in animated series, films, and video games. She was born on June 2, 1957.

Her career encompassed a wide range of roles in anime. As noted, she voiced the character Tsukiyohime in the anime series Himawari!. She also lent her voice to the French adaptation of New Dominion Tank Police, playing the role of UniPuma. Beyond these, her anime voiceography was varied and included significant roles such as Yoruichi Shihōin in the long-running series Bleach and its film Bleach: Fade to Black, as well as parts in Appleseed, Galactik Football, and Zombie Hôtel.

In addition to animation, Dumortier was a familiar voice in live-action television series and video games. She was the first French voice of Marie Schrader in the series Breaking Bad for its first four seasons. Her video game work included lending her voice to the character Morgana in League of Legends and Sophia Lamb in BioShock 2, among many other titles.
