Charles Emmanuel is a Brazilian voice actor known for his extensive work dubbing animation, live-action films, and television series into Brazilian Portuguese. Born Charles Emmanuel Marcondes on January 6, 1989, in Piraquara, Brazil, he began his professional voice acting career at the age of seven. He is the son of Teresa Anquetin, also a renowned voice actress in Brazil. Emmanuel is based in Rio de Janeiro and has built a prolific career over several decades, becoming a familiar voice to Brazilian audiences.

While Emmanuel is widely recognized for a variety of roles across different media, he has a significant presence in the world of anime dubbing. He is perhaps best known as the long-standing Portuguese voice of the character Ash Ketchum (Satoshi) in the Pokémon franchise. His credits include several Pokémon films, such as Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel.

In addition to his iconic role as Ash, Emmanuel has voiced numerous other prominent anime characters.
