Charles Emmanuel is a Brazilian voice actor known for his extensive work dubbing animation, live-action films, and television series into Brazilian Portuguese. Born Charles Emmanuel Marcondes on January 6, 1989, in Piraquara, Brazil, he began his professional voice acting career at the age of seven. He is the son of Teresa Anquetin, also a renowned voice actress in Brazil. Emmanuel is based in Rio de Janeiro and has built a prolific career over several decades, becoming a familiar voice to Brazilian audiences.

While Emmanuel is widely recognized for a variety of roles across different media, he has a significant presence in the world of anime dubbing.
