Denisse Leguizamo is a Mexican voice actor and ADR director recognized for her extensive work in the Latin Spanish dubbing of numerous anime series and films. Her career encompasses both leading and supporting roles in major franchises, as well as directing the Spanish adaptations for a variety of shows.

Leguizamo has portrayed a wide range of characters across different genres. In the fantasy and isekai genre, she is known for voicing Sylphiette in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation and the titular character Elaina in Wandering Witch - The Journey of Elaina. She also voiced Natsume in the original science fiction anime Deca-Dence. Her repertoire includes characters in darker action series, such as Juzo Suzuya in Tokyo Ghoul:re and Shinoa Hiragi in Seraph of the End. In the Overlord series, she provided the voice for Brita. Leguizamo has also been part of the My Hero Academia film franchise, voicing Claire Voyance and the younger version of the character Rody in My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission.

In addition to her on-screen roles, Leguizamo has a significant career as a dubbing director and script adapter. She has served as the ADR director for the Latin Spanish dubs of several series, including Goblin Slayer, Shadows House, and Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!. She also directed the dubs for VTuber Legend: How I Went Viral after Forgetting to Turn Off My Stream and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. Her work as a director often involves collaboration with studios such as VSI Mexico and The Kitchen México, where she has also worked with a recurring pool of voice talent. Her work on Mushoku Tensei, for example, saw her direct Rubén Quezada (Rudeus), Rose Mendoza (Eris), and Effy Estrada (Roxy) in their respective roles.
