Marty Fleck is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, primarily for projects recorded in Texas. His career spans several decades and includes a wide variety of character roles, ranging from authoritative figures and narrators to villains and quirky supporting characters.

Fleck's voice can be heard in a number of high-profile anime series. He is credited with voicing the god Uranus in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? franchise, a role he has reprised across multiple installments including the 2015 television series, the 2017 spin-off Sword Oratoria, and the 2019 film Arrow of the Orion. In the culinary anime Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, he provided the voice for Kakinoshin Oizumi, a recurring judge in the series' Autumn Election arc. He also took on the role of the corrupt and influential Prime Minister Honest in the dark fantasy series Akame ga Kill!.
