Akari Kageyama is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency IAM Agency. She was born on December 25, 1993, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. From a young age, she aspired to be a voice actor, a dream she first documented in her elementary school graduation yearbook. After graduating from university with a degree in English, she pursued her goal professionally.
Kageyama made her voice acting debut in 2015 with her first major role as Nana Ebina in the television anime Himouto! Umaru-chan. Her performance as the shy but kind-hearted character quickly brought her into the spotlight. That same year, as part of the cast, she joined the voice acting unit "Sisters Wink" to perform character songs for the series.
Following her debut, Kageyama has built a diverse portfolio of roles across anime, video games, and other media.
