Cedric Williams

Description
Cedric Williams is an American voice actor known for his work in anime, animation, and video games. Originally from Kentucky, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in on-camera acting. During this time, his interest in voice acting grew, inspired by his childhood enjoyment of cartoons like Spongebob Squarepants. He dedicated himself to learning the craft by studying industry professionals, listening to podcasts, and producing his own voiceover demos, which eventually led to representation by an agent. His first professional voice role was in the Cartoon Network pilot Lasso & Comet, where he had the opportunity to work with veteran voice actor Richard Horvitz.

Williams has built a career performing in English dubs of anime, often recording with studios like Bang Zoom! Entertainment. He is perhaps best known for his role as the energetic and loyal Don in the critically acclaimed series The Promised Neverland. Another significant anime role is the Cheetu in Hunter X Hunter. He also voiced Tsugawa in Kuroko's Basketball and Senjuro Rengoku in the feature film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train.

In addition to these credits, his work spans a wide range of franchises and media. In the world of video games, Williams has lent his voice to popular titles such as Genshin Impact, where he voices the characters Kurosawa and Junya, as well as Leon in Pokémon Masters Ex, Howlet Groms in Final Fantasy War of the Visions, and the voice of the player in Aliens: Fireteam Elite. His work in original animation includes roles like Prince Starling in ThunderCats Roar, Drake Miller and Glowboo in Ghost Force on Disney XD, and Boris in the Amazon Prime series Boris & Rufus.
