Jessica Cavanagh is an American voice actor known for her extensive work in the English dubs of Japanese anime series, primarily with Funimation Entertainment. Born on June 3, 1975, in Tampa, Florida, she began her career in voice acting in 2013. Her entry into the industry was serendipitous, landing her first role in the popular series Black Butler, a job she attributes to her dialect skills.

Cavanagh has built a substantial career, with credits in over one hundred anime titles. She is frequently recognized for her portrayal of maternal or mature female characters. Among her most prominent roles are Inko Midoriya, the caring mother of the protagonist in My Hero Academia, and Carla Jaeger, the mother of Eren Yeager in the monumental series Attack on Titan.
