Rie Suegara is a Japanese voice actress born on January 8, 1990, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Standing at 151 cm tall, she is also known by the nickname Suzy.
Suegara began her path to becoming a voice actress at the AMUSEMENT MEDIA综合学院, from which she graduated in 2010. She then honed her skills at School Duo, the affiliated training school for Ken Production, as a member of its 12th generation. Her professional career started in April 2012 when she officially joined Ken Production.
Her first named role came in 2013 with the character Fuka Toyokawa in the game The Idolmaster Million Live!. That same year, she landed her first lead role in a television anime as Yui Komori in the series Diabolik Lovers. This role marked a significant early achievement in her career.
