Lydia Morgenstern is a German voice actor born on January 2, 1989, in Karl-Marx-Stadt. She began her career in voice acting in 2004 at the Berliner Synchronstudio Elektrofilm, where she provided voices for her first major anime roles, Akane Suzumiya in Rumbling Hearts (Kimi ga Nozomu Eien) and Claes in Gunslinger Girl.

She is known for a extensive body of work in dubbing both animated and live-action productions. In the realm of anime, she has taken on several leading and significant supporting roles. These include the title character Madoka Kaname in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Chiriko Tsurumi in anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Seri in Makoto Shinkai's Children Who Chase Lost Voices, Nena Trinity in Gundam 00, Yuzuha in Utawarerumono, and Paige in Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge.
