Cesare Rasini is an Italian voice actor, active in dubbing for animation, films, and video games. He was born in Turin on May 3, 1957. He is primarily active in dubbing studios in Turin and Milan, lending his voice to a wide array of characters in popular anime series, animated films, and live-action productions.
Rasini's career is marked by a significant number of roles in long-running and globally recognized anime franchises. He is well-known as the voice of King Kai of the North in the Italian dubs of Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super.
