Jorge Tomé is a professional voice actor based in Madrid, Spain, who has been active in the dubbing industry since 1990. In addition to his work as a voice actor, he also works as a dubbing director. He specializes in Castilian Spanish dubbing and has a broad range of experience that includes not only animation but also TV promos, film trailers, commercials, documentaries, corporate videos, language courses, and educational projects.

Tomé is best known for his extensive work on the Dragon Ball franchise in its Spanish (Castilian) dub. He has voiced numerous characters across various series and films within the franchise. His most prominent role in this series is Mr. Satán (also known as Hercule), a character he has portrayed in Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, and several films, including Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly, Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, and Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F. In addition to Mr. Satán, his other notable roles in the Dragon Ball universe include the Narrator in Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power, the villainous Cooler and Metal Coola in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge and The Return of Cooler respectively, Kami Sama and Shenron in Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone, and Sorbet in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F.
