Katsumi Fukuhara is a Japanese voice actor from Ibaraki Prefecture, born on 24 August. He is affiliated with the talent agency Axl-One, which he joined in April 2016 after completing his training at the agency's associated school, Axl-Zero. His professional voice acting career began in 2015, with early appearances in the animated film Miss Hokusai and the video game Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakusho.

Fukuhara's first leading role in an anime television series came in 2017 when he was cast as Touya Mochizuki in In Another World With My Smartphone. This role helped establish him as a rising talent in the industry. He has since taken on a variety of main and supporting roles across numerous series. His major anime roles include Yukiya Araki in W'z, Kikuru Madan in Immoral Guild, Toma Sobi in 86, Anthony in If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord, Maku Ōkaku in Midnight Voitore Boys, Basara Suiryū in Beyblade Burst QuadDrive, Hokuto Kurama in Scar on the Praeter, Shark in Noblesse, and Kyle Morgan Crevary in 7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life.

In addition to his work in anime, Fukuhara has a notable presence in tokusatsu productions. He provided the voice for the Denpa Monster Reclaimer in Ultraman Taiga (2019) and was the voice of the STORAGE AI in Ultraman Z (2020). He also served as the narrator for Ultraman Chronicle Z: Heroes' Odyssey in 2021. His filmography extends to original net animations and video games, with credits including the role of Goemon Ōi in the Cap Kakumei Bottleman franchise, Rock in The Missing 8, and Yuma Kokohead in the game Master Detective Archives: Rain Code.
