Arthur Lounsbery is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. He was born Arthur Conant Lounsbery on September 12, 1986, in California, United States. Of mixed heritage, he is three-quarters Japanese and one-quarter American, and moved with his family to Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan when he was around one and a half years old, where he was subsequently raised.

Lounsbery began his career in voice acting in 2011, making his debut with a small role as a male student in the anime series Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle. His first regular role came in 2013 when he was cast as Ryugel Baran in Inazuma Eleven GO: Galaxy. In the years following his debut, he built a portfolio of supporting roles in prominent series, including Shinji Watari in the popular sports anime Haikyu!!, and Garcian Bass in Buddy Complex.

A significant role in his early career was Kaito Tsukigami in the musical anime series STARMYU, a character he began voicing in 2015 and reprised for subsequent installments, including STARMYU in Halloween. He has also taken on leading roles in various projects. In 2022, he was cast as the protagonist Yudias Belgar in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!, marking the first time in the franchise's history that the main character was an alien. He has voiced Ken Ichijōji in two Digimon adventure films: Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna in 2020 and Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning in 2023.

Lounsbery's filmography demonstrates a range across different genres and formats. He voiced Junjie Lin, a former boxer and member of the idol group Story of Love, in the series Eikyū Shōnen Eternal Boys and its film sequel, Eternal Boys NEXT STAGE. He played Yamato Kai in the 2021 series Scar on the Praeter and Shun in the 2020 sports anime Breakers, which focused on para-athletes. Additional credits include the role of Satoru Nijō in ACTORS: Songs Connection, Kanata Kira in Aikatsu Stars!, and Seiya Hoshikawa in My Girlfriend Is Shobitch.
