A high school boy from a poor family, Itsuki Tomonari, finds his life drastically changed after he is caught up in a kidnapping attempt targeting Hinako Konohana, the daughter of one of Japan's most powerful financial conglomerates. Following the incident, Hinako takes a liking to Itsuki, and he is subsequently hired to live with the Konohana family and transfer to the elite Kiou Academy as her secret, personal caretaker.

To the public and her classmates at this prestigious school for the ultra-wealthy, Hinako is the picture of a perfect young lady: elegant, brilliant, and charming. In reality, however, she is lazy and completely helpless in daily life, unable to perform even basic tasks like changing her own clothes. Due to her family's strict expectations, she must maintain this flawless facade at school. Itsuki's role is to support her from the shadows, managing her needs and protecting her true, vulnerable self from being discovered.

What begins as a formal master-servant arrangement gradually deepens as the two spend more time together. Hinako grows increasingly dependent on Itsuki and begins to openly fawn over him, while Itsuki becomes devoted to caring for her. The story follows their romantic relationship as it transcends their initial roles, set against the backdrop of the academy's intense social hierarchy. Notable supporting characters include Shizune Tsurumi, a strict senior maid in the Konohana household who trains Itsuki; Mirei Tennōji, a rival heiress who sees herself as Hinako's competitor; and Narika Miyakojima, a shy classmate whose jealousy over Itsuki's attention sparks a rivalry with Hinako. The anime is set to premiere in July 2026.
