University students Uji and Sabae Reika are good friends and members of the same campus club. Uji harbors a crush on Sakurai Minami, a popular club member who also happens to be Sabae's best friend, but he has difficulty speaking with her directly. He frequently turns to Sabae for advice on how to approach his romantic interest. However, these consultations are complicated because Sabae is forward, makes risqué jokes, and has a noticeable physical presence, often distracting Uji. This leads him to become strangely conscious of Sabae as a woman, creating moments of tension where friendship and desire blur. The series follows Uji as he finds himself caught between his feelings for Sakurai and his growing, confusing attraction to Sabae, all while navigating the everyday life of a university student.
