Ansel is a candidate for the title of Great Sage, a rank that demands the complete renunciation of worldly desires. He lives with three female apprentices—Lina, a devoted human girl with a generous figure; Spica, an affectionate beast-kin who loves physical contact; and Cyan, an elf who favors provocative clothing—each of whom unknowingly tests his resolve every day. Despite his rigorous training in a remote mountain dojo, Ansel struggles to maintain his enlightenment amidst constant temptation.

His situation escalates when the third prince of the kingdom, Roll, arrives with an urgent request: seven cursed magical artifacts known as the Taizan Houten, or Great Encyclopedia of Sins, have been stolen. These items corrupt anyone who touches them, and only someone capable of resisting worldly desires—such as a Great Sage candidate—can safely retrieve them. Reluctantly, Ansel accepts the mission and sets out on a journey that becomes a gauntlet of seduction and danger, with his three apprentices accompanying him. What follows is a comedic battle between discipline and desire as Ansel confronts ever‑greater threats while trying not to succumb to the charms of his own disciples.
