Tabitha St. Germain is a Canadian actress known for an extensive body of voice work in animation, particularly for English dubs of anime series produced in Vancouver. Born Paulina Gillis Germain, she began her career in theatre, winning a Dora Award in 1995 for her performance in the Stephen Sondheim musical Assassins under her former name. She legally changed her name to Tabitha St. Germain in November 1997. Her voice acting career, which started in 1985, expanded significantly after she moved to Vancouver and began working with The Ocean Group, a prominent voice production company.

St. Germain has contributed voices to a wide array of anime titles. Among her most recognized roles in this field is the character Shana in the Geneon dub of Shakugan no Shana, a part that also extended to related specials and shorts such as Shakugan no Shana-tan and Shakugan no Shana SP: Koi to Onsen no Kōgai Gakushū!. She also voiced Ranpha Franboise in the series Galaxy Angel S. In the Transformers franchise, she took on the role of Alexis, a human companion to the Autobots, in Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon, and continued in the franchise as Dr. Lucy Suzuki in Transformers: Cybertron. Her other notable anime credits include Fllay Allster in the Ocean dub of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Naomi Misora in Death Note, and various roles in.hack. She was also part of the English-language cast for the anime adaptation Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z, where she voiced several characters including Miss Keane, Sapphire, Violet, and Snake.

Her work often involves recurring collaborations with other voice actors and studios within the Vancouver talent pool, particularly through The Ocean Group. Beyond her anime roles, St. Germain is widely known for her performances in Western animation, such as the title character in Martha Speaks, Heloise in Jimmy Two-Shoes, and numerous roles in the My Little Pony franchise, most notably as the voice of Rarity in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and its related spin-offs and films.
