Orlando Viggiani is a Brazilian voice actor born on March 17, 1949, in São Paulo, Brazil. He began his career in dubbing during his childhood at the Gravason studio. He subsequently worked at Aic, where he built his career as the studio transitioned into BKS. In his later career, he became a dubbing director at the studio Vox Mundi.

Viggiani was recognized for his youthful voice, which led to him being frequently cast as young male characters in animated series. He was also noted for his skill in creating falsetto voices. During the 1980s, he was considered one of the most important voice actors in Brazilian dubbing, particularly for children's audiences.

His extensive filmography includes a wide array of prominent roles in anime and Western animation dubbed in Brazil. He voiced the title character in the anime Entaku no Kishi Monogatari: Moero Arthur (1979), credited as Rei Arthur. He also took on the role of King Arthur in the related series Moero Arthur: Hakuba no Oji. In the Street Fighter franchise, he provided the Brazilian Portuguese voice for the protagonist Ryu in both the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie and the anime series Street Fighter II V. He voiced the character Kim Kinnison in the anime Lensman. Another significant role was Cyborg 009 in the classic Cyborg 009 series. His other anime credits include Xu-Xian in The White Snake, Fênix in Honey Honey no Suteki na Bōken, Mocha in Fairy Princess Minky Momo: La ronde in my dream, Lebre in Manga Aesop Monogatari, and Shirano in Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation. He also voiced Tarô Kid in Skyers 5 and Naoko's Dad in Dino Girl Gauko.

Beyond anime, Viggiani's voice is known for many other characters. He was one of the primary voices for Mickey Mouse in São Paulo-based dubs during the 1980s and 1990s. He voiced Franjinha in As Aventuras da Turma da Mônica and Jonny Quest in As Novas Aventuras de Jonny Quest. His other roles include Rattrap in Beast Wars, Bam Bam in the film Os Flintstones - I Yabba Dabba Doo, and Gregory in Dragon Ball Z. He also contributed voices for characters such as Tinker in Speed Buggy, George Jetson in a 1980s remake of The Jetsons, and Zaz Torque in Guerreiras Mágicas de Rayearth.
