Orlando Viggiani is a Brazilian voice actor born on March 17, 1949, in São Paulo, Brazil. He began his career in dubbing during his childhood at the Gravason studio. He subsequently worked at Aic, where he built his career as the studio transitioned into BKS. In his later career, he became a dubbing director at the studio Vox Mundi.
Viggiani was recognized for his youthful voice, which led to him being frequently cast as young male characters in animated series. He was also noted for his skill in creating falsetto voices. During the 1980s, he was considered one of the most important voice actors in Brazilian dubbing, particularly for children's audiences.
His extensive filmography includes a wide array of prominent roles in anime and Western animation dubbed in Brazil. He voiced the title character in the anime Entaku no Kishi Monogatari: Moero Arthur (1979), credited as Rei Arthur. He also took on the role of King Arthur in the related series Moero Arthur: Hakuba no Oji. In the Street Fighter franchise, he provided the Brazilian Portuguese voice for the protagonist Ryu in both the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie and the anime series Street Fighter II V.
