Julien Kramer is a French actor, voice artist, and artistic director, born on September 14, 1962, in Paris, France. He is a prominent figure in the French dubbing industry, known for lending his voice to numerous characters in animation and live-action film and television.

Beyond his on-screen and voice acting roles, Kramer has a significant behind-the-scenes career. He has served as the artistic director for the French-language dubbing of over one hundred films and television series. His credits in this capacity include major Hollywood productions such as the Transformers live-action film series, Cars, Hulk, and King Kong. He is also active as a dialogue writer for dubs.

In the realm of anime and animation, Kramer has built an extensive portfolio of voice roles. He is the French voice of Commander Gendo Ikari for the Netflix redub of the original Neon Genesis Evangelion series and its accompanying films, as well as for the Rebuild of Evangelion film tetralogy, including Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon A Time. He is also known for his work in the film Mutafukaz, where he voiced two characters, Bruce Macchabée and El Diablo. His television roles include the stern but elegant housemaster Henry Henderson in the popular series Spy x Family and the villainous Drakkhen Joe in Edens Zero.
