Akiko Kimura is a Japanese voice actress born on June 28, 1971, in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Kekke Corporation and is married. Her blood type is O, and she stands 160 cm tall. Outside of voice acting, she holds certifications as a kindergarten and elementary school teacher and enjoys listening to music, drawing illustrations, and reading. She also holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido.
Kimura made her debut as a voice actress in 1998, with her first major role being Sarasa in the anime series Legend of Basara. She has built a substantial career over more than two decades, providing voices for a wide variety of characters across television anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games.
She is well-known for several prominent roles, particularly in long-running and popular series. These include voicing the titular character Rockman in the MegaMan NT Warrior (Rockman.EXE) series,橘杏 (An Tachibana) in The Prince of Tennis, and Fei Rune in Inazuma Eleven GO.
