Arturo Sian Vidal is a Mexican voice actor, journalist, and comedy writer, recognized for his extensive work in Latin American dubbing across anime, television series, and films. Born on December 6, 1980, he is a journalist by profession and has worked in various media in his home state of Morelos, including a correspondence role for Televisa in Cuernavaca, and as a collaborator for KSLC and The Linfield Review in Oregon, United States. In addition to his voice acting career, he is an entrepreneur and educator, having founded Comedy Studio, the first school for comedy writers and creators in Mexico, where he teaches comedy writing workshops.

Vidal's career in voice acting encompasses a wide array of notable roles in anime, which form a significant part of his professional portfolio. He is known to fans for his portrayals of iconic characters, including Kurama in Yu Yu Hakusho and Sousuke Sagara in Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. His filmography includes the role of Domas in the series Ranking of Kings, Keigo Atobe in The Prince of Tennis II Hyotei vs Rikkai Game of Future, Seth Rich Cutter in Appare-Ranman!, Claire Lionelli in Heat Guy J, Shion de Aries in the DVD version of Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, and Seiji Amasawa in Whisper of the Heart.

His other prominent anime credits include Ryosuke Takahashi in Initial D, Toshiro Hijikata in Gintama, Spirit Albarn in Soul Eater, Keigo Kurusu in The Future Diary, Jun Aoi in Martian Successor Nadesico, and Trowa Barton in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
