Luc Boulad is a French actor, author, impressionist, and artistic director, born on July 26, 1965, who is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing. Before dedicating himself fully to acting, he worked as a sound engineer and an analyst-programmer. His voice is featured in the French versions of numerous films, television series, and animated programs.

In the realm of anime and animation, Boulad has voiced a wide array of characters. He is the voice of James in the sixth Pokémon film, Pokémon: Jirachi Wish Maker, where he lends his voice to the bumbling member of Team Rocket in the French adaptation. He also appears in the feature The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky, providing the voice for the character Aterra.

Boulad has multiple roles in the series Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002. In this iteration of the classic football anime, he voices the characters Ben Becker, Carlos Santana, and Johnny Mason, and also takes on the role of the sports commentator. His work on the series Master Keaton further demonstrates his vocal range; he voices both Taihei Hiraga, the father of the protagonist, and Daniel O'Connell, the father of Keaton's former wife.
