Luc Boulad is a French actor, author, impressionist, and artistic director, born on July 26, 1965, who is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing. Before dedicating himself fully to acting, he worked as a sound engineer and an analyst-programmer. His voice is featured in the French versions of numerous films, television series, and animated programs.

In the realm of anime and animation, Boulad has voiced a wide array of characters. He is the voice of James in the sixth Pokémon film, Pokémon: Jirachi Wish Maker, where he lends his voice to the bumbling member of Team Rocket in the French adaptation.
