Noemi Bayarri is a Spanish voice actor primarily known for her work in dubbing anime and other animated productions into Spanish. Her professional activity is documented from the early 1990s onward, with a significant body of work in dubbing studios based in Spain.

A substantial and long-standing part of Bayarri's career is her association with the Doraemon franchise. She provided the Spanish voice for the character Suneo Honekawa in numerous productions. This includes the 1993 television series broadcast on regional Spanish channels and various Doraemon films such as Dorami-chan: Mini-Dora SOS, Doraemon: What Am I for Momotaro, Doraemon: Boku no Umareta Hi, Doraemon: Ganbare! Gian!!, Stand By Me Doraemon, and Doraemon the Movie: Nobita's the Legend of the Sun King. She also voiced the character Sunemaru in Dorami-chan: Wow, The Kid Gang of Bandits, a spin-off featuring Doraemon's sister.
